Every ship has a large number of pressure and temperature sensors on board. Regular testing of the accuracy of these sensors is prescribed by the classification societies.
The calibrators should be easy to use, robust and reliable. The accuracy of the calibrators must also be documented by certificates.

It contains a complete pressure test set as well as a temperature test including all necessary accessories and certificates according to IMO regulations. Pressure calibrator:
If the device to be tested and a sufficiently accurate reference measuring device are connected to the pressure pump, the same pressure acts on both measuring devices when the pump is actuated. By comparing the two measured values at any pressure value, the accuracy or adjustment of the test item can be checked. The hand test pump has a fine adjustment valve for exact approach of the measuring points.
Temperature calibrator:
The temperature calibrators work with temperature-controlled metal blocks and interchangeable insert sleeves.
The calibration temperature can be easily set using buttons on the controller and the temperature is adjusted in the shortest possible time. The actual and target temperatures of the heating block are shown simultaneously on a large 4-digit LED display. This practically eliminates reading errors.
Thermometers of different diameters can be adapted to the calibrator using appropriately drilled insert sleeves.
