TX Marine Welcomes Alexandra Leuschner to the Team

Hamburg, January 1st, 2026 – TX Marine Messsysteme GmbH is pleased to announce that Alexandra Leuschner has joined the company as part of our growing team, strengthening our activities in sales, quality management, and the development of new projects and products.

In her role, Alexandra supports our sales operations, ensuring smooth and efficient order processing and close coordination between customers and partners. She is also actively involved in quality management (QM), contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and documentation standards. In addition, Alexandra plays a key role in supporting the introduction and implementation of new projects and products, helping TX Marine further expand its portfolio in the field of maritime measurement and monitoring systems.

Alexandra is also responsible for coordinating TX Marine’s activities related to the ShipSonic system, which is externally developed and distributed by TX Marine as a sales and distribution partner for the German market. In this role, she serves as a central point of contact for customers and partners, supporting communication, coordination, and market development efforts.

Professional Background

Alexandra Leuschner brings many years of experience in the maritime and shipping industry, combining leadership in QHSE, account management, and international sales with deep insight into training, compliance, and operational excellence.

Most recently, Alexandra held senior commercial and leadership roles at Ocean Technologies Group, where she served as Head of Account Management EMEA and Senior Training Consultant, and later as Area Sales Manager Europe. In these positions, she was responsible for managing key customer relationships across Europe and the EMEA region, coordinating international accounts, and supporting the implementation of digital training and competence management solutions for shipping companies and maritime organizations.

Earlier in her career, Alexandra spent many years with HANSA HEAVY LIFT GmbH, where she held several senior roles, including Head of QHSE. During this time, she was responsible for the development and auditing of safety, security, health, environmental, and quality management systems across an international fleet, gaining extensive hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, ISM/ISPS/ISO standards, and operational risk management.

She also worked at Hellespont Ship Management Germany as a Purchasing Coordinator and ISM Internal Auditor, as well as at Leonhardt & Blumberg as a Team Assistant in Newbuilding, where she supported newbuilding projects and procurement activities, further strengthening her understanding of technical operations and fleet management from the owner’s perspective.

This broad professional background gives Alexandra a strong understanding of the full value chain in the maritime industry — from ship operations and compliance to technology solutions, training systems, and international sales — enabling her to bridge the gap between technical innovation and customer-focused commercial support at TX Marine.

A special connection within the team is her long-standing professional relationship with Nadine Paschen, who has known Alexandra for many years through the WISTA (Women’s International Shipping & Trading Association) network and is particularly pleased to now be working together with her at TX Marine.
