Temperature calibrators Sika 650M

Every ship has a large number of pressure and temperature sensors on board. Regular testing of the accuracy of these sensors is prescribed by the classification societies.

The use of temperature calibrators on board a vessel is crucial to ensure the accuracy and reliability of temperature measurement systems, which in turn is essential for crew safety and efficient operations.

Temperature calibrators SIKA

The basic temperature calibrator from SIKA can be used anywhere, including on site in workshops, test and measurement rooms and laboratories. The temperature calibrator from SIKA covers a wide range of industries with diverse applications.

Optimum thermal coupling from the block to the test specimen is achieved with the right adapter sleeve. Ideally, the inner diameter of the sleeve is 0.5 mm larger than the outer diameter of the test piece. The adapter sleeve can be used to calibrate straight temperature sensors of almost any length and diameter. The dry block covers the entire temperature range without having to change the calibration medium. Viscosity, flash points or outgassing do not play a role.

SIKA Temperature Calibrator

The temperature calibrators work with temperature controlled metal blocks and interchangeable insert sleeves.
The calibration temperature can be easily adjusted via buttons on the controller and it is controlled in short time. The actual and set point temperatures of the heating block are simultaneously displayed on a large 4-digit LED display. This virtually eliminates read errors.

Thermometers of different diameters can be adapted to the calibrator with appropriately drilled insert sleeves.
