Temperature calibrator

Temperature sensors, thermometers and thermostats on board must be tested regularly to protect engines, keep alarms reliable and meet class requirements. Portable dry-block temperature calibrators let crews do this directly on board, using a heated metal block with interchangeable insert sleeves instead of oil or other liquids. The IKM TC65 covers 30 to 650 °C with a touchscreen display, ±0.1 °C stability and a recalibration interval of only three years. It is approved in parts to DNVGL-CG-0339. The SIKA TP17 650M covers room temperature to 650 °C with ±0.1 °C stability, a large LED display and a class certificate. Both are compact, robust and quickly ready for use in the engine room or workshop.
