Vibration monitoring - portable

Portable vibration measurement is a simple, cost-effective way to monitor the condition of rotating machinery spread across the vessel, such as pumps, fans, electric motors, compressors and gearboxes. The TPI 9080 handheld vibration analyser lets crews and service technicians check machine and bearing condition at defined measuring points. It detects imbalance, misalignment, looseness and bearing wear early, before they lead to breakdowns or unplanned downtime. ISO alarm levels, BDU bearing-damage values, 1X/2X/3X band filters and an 800-line FFT spectrum show results directly on site. The VibTrend PC software, with no subscription fees, stores readings, creates measurement routes and shows trends for predictive maintenance. For hazardous areas such as tankers, gas carriers and pump rooms, the TPI 9080 EX is certified intrinsically safe to IECEx/ATEX Ex ib IIC T4 Gb. Both instruments come as complete kits in a rugged IP67 housing, with accelerometer, magnet and USB docking station.
