Every ship has a large number of pressure and temperature sensors on board. Regular testing of the accuracy of these sensors is prescribed by the classification societies. The use of temperature calibrators on board a vessel is crucial to ensure the accuracy and reliability of temperature measurement systems, which in turn is essential for crew safety and efficient operations.
High-accuracy temperature calibration solutions by IKM for laboratory and field applications.
Compact and robust device for use in marine, industrial and laboratory applications, approved according to DNVGL-CG-0339:2019 (parts thereof). This ensures that you can calibrate a wide range of temperature sensors, thermometers and temperature switches/thermostats.
The new calibrator with a touchscreen display only needs to be recalibrated every three years.
The dry block principle excludes the use of oil or other liquids.

Description
Technical specification
The TC65 temperature calibrators are calibrated with a 6.5 mm insert.
New inserts should be heated to 650°C 3 times before use
tempered 3 times (burn-in) before use. A wide range of optional inserts is available on request.
Standard inserts TC65
– Ø 6.5 mm (1/4″)
– Undrilled
The product has a temperature range of 30 to 650°C, a stability of ±0.1°C, a one-year accuracy of ±1.5°C and a three-year accuracy of ±3.5°C.
If you are looking for other calibrators, e.g. for your pressure sensors, we have interesting sets in our range, just take a look here Marine Test Kit (MTS).
