Application
Pressure calibrators, or pressure test pumps, are used to generate pressure for the verification, adjustment and calibration of mechanical and electronic pressure gauges by comparative measurements. These pressure tests can take place stationary in the workshop or on site at the measuring point.
Simple operation:
If the device to be tested and a sufficiently accurate reference measuring instrument are connected to the hand test pump, the same pressure will be applied to both measuring instruments when the pump is actuated. By comparing the two measured values at any desired pressure values, a check of the accuracy or an adjustment of the test object can take place. For exact approach of the measuring points, the hand test pump has a fine regulating valve

Necessary accessories for the pressure pumps are pressure gauges. It is important that these are selected appropriately for the respective measuring range to be tested.
Analogue pressure gauge
The analog manometers (Bourdon tube pressure gauges) are quality manometers with 63mm stainless steel housing for pressure measurement of gaseous and liquid media.

The calibration temperature can be easily adjusted via buttons on the controller and it is controlled in short time. The actual and set point temperatures of the heating block are simultaneously displayed on a large 4-digit LED display. This virtually eliminates read errors.
Thermometers of different diameters can be adapted to the calibrator with appropriately drilled insert sleeves.
